COPYRIGHTS

Limited copyright ownership transfers to the client upon digital delivery and full payment. Clients may:

  • Print images for personal use

Images must remain unaltered and credit must be given to the photographer.

Clients must obtain written permission before publishing or selling the photographs.

MODEL RELEASE

Clients grant Earth and Art Photography the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs for editorial, advertising, educational, and promotional purposes in any medium. Clients waive any claims to profits from such use.

CAPTURE AND DELIVERY

The photographer is not required to deliver every image taken at the event. Image selection is at the photographer’s discretion.

Images will be delivered digitally within eight weeks of the event date, provided the full balance has been paid. Clients acknowledge and accept the photographer’s style and artistic choices.

GUARDIAN CONSENT

Guardians of individuals under 21 years old agree to the legally binding terms of the Model Release regarding photographs of their child/children.
